2025 Tutorial Fees and Schedule

I am excited to announce our 2025 tutorial fees and schedule, designed to provide affordable and effective learning support.

Fees:

• Group Sessions: R300 per month
  • These sessions offer a collaborative learning environment, ideal for reinforcing concepts and building confidence.
• One-on-One Sessions: R180 per session*
  • Personalised attention tailored to your child's specific needs.
  • Special Offer: Book and pay for four individual (one-on-one) sessions within a calendar month and receive a 10% discount, bringing the total to R648.00.

Group Session Schedule:

• Monday: 16:30 - 17:30 - Grade 7
• Tuesday: 16:30 - 17:30 - Grade 6
• Wednesday: 16:30 - 17:30 - Grade 5
• Thursday: 16:30 - 17:30 - Grade 4

Important Information:

• All sessions are subject to tutor availability.
• Group session fees are payable monthly in advance.
• One-on-one sessions must be paid before the session takes place.
• Please note that spaces are limited, and bookings are secured upon receipt of payment.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

• Securing Bookings: Tutorial sessions are secured exclusively upon receipt of full payment.
• Payment Methods: We accept card, iEFT, and Snapscan payments all through the Snapscan Payment link.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Client Cancellations:
  • Clients must provide notice of cancellation.
  • Refunds are issued on a tiered basis, dependent on the amount of notice given:
    • 48+ hours notice: 90% refund.
    • 24-48 hours notice: 80% refund.
    • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund.
• Rescheduling:
  • Rescheduling is permitted with 24+ hours notice, subject to tutor availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Tutor Cancellations:
  • In the event of tutor cancellation, clients will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

3. Attendance and Absences:

• No Refunds for Absenteeism: No refunds will be provided for missed tutorial sessions due to client absence.
• Punctuality: Clients are expected to be punctual for scheduled tutorial sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

5. Conduct and Behaviour:

• Respectful Conduct: Clients are expected to maintain respectful conduct during tutorial sessions.
• Disruptive Behaviour: Puleng The Tutor reserves the right to terminate a tutorial session due to disruptive behaviour.

6. Liability:

• Learning Outcomes: While we strive to provide high-quality tutorials, Puleng The Tutor does not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
• Limitation of Liability: Puleng The Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tutorial services.

7. Privacy Policy:

• Data Collection: We collect and store client information for the purpose of providing tutorial services.
• Data Confidentiality: Client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.  

8. Amendments:

• Puleng The Tutor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be shared on https://pulengthetutor.blogspot.com. It is your responsible to visit the blog and check for the latest terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
